Evolt Partners with Bolt to Support EV Drivers in Thailand
Bangkok, 24 October 2024 – Evolt, one of the leading electric vehicle (EV) charging companies in Thailand has announced a strategic partnership with Bolt, the global shared mobility company, to promote the adoption of electric vehicle (EV) among ride-hailing drivers in Thailand. The partnership offers exclusive benefits to EV riders, including discounted charging rates and cashback rewards at Evolt charging stations.
The partnership between Evolt and Bolt was initiated due to the recognition of the growing environmental concerns in Thailand. Following Bolt’s launch of the Bolt Green Category in Bangkok in April, it became evident that a significant number of riders have been using alternative fuel vehicles, including hybrids and electric vehicles (EVs). Currently, over 2,000 riders are utilizing alternative fuel vehicles on the Bolt platform.

Evolt and Bolt offer EV charging credits and discounts to ride-hailing drivers.
1. Charging credits for EV Riders
EV riders who ride through the Bolt app are eligible for exclusive charging credits. These credits can be redeemed at any Evolt App, offering significant savings on charging costs. The more riders charge, the more credits they earn. Evolt offers up to 600 baht in charging discounts per month for those who charge over 200 kWh. For every 200 kWh charged, riders receive a 200 baht charging credit.
2. Exclusive Discounts for Bolt Tier Gold & Platinum Members
Bolt Tier Gold and Platinum members can enjoy even more savings with an additional 5% discount on all EV charging sessions at Evolt stations. This exclusive offer applies to both AC and DC charging, providing greater value for every charge.
3. Extensive DC Charging Network
Evolt is rapidly expanding its network of EV charging stations, with a particular focus on DC Charging (fast charging) to accommodate the charging needs of ride-hailing drivers during peak hours and weekends.
Currently, Evolt has over 250 charging stations and 700 charging points and serves more than 50,000 customers. As the EV market in Thailand continues to grow, Evolt anticipates a significant increase in demand for its charging services.
