You can sign up via website or application for Evolt driver account.

1. Fill out your account details.

2. At the bottom of the form, click ‘create account’

3. Check your inbox for confirmation email and password.

Once you have an registered driver account, you may be able to get a RFID card through Evolt’s Facebook or Line Official Account You will likely need to provide some of the following:

– Name
– Email address
– Registred phone no.
– Address You can expect to receive your card within 3-5 business days.

The charging rate for each charging station is not the same. You can check through the Evot Application.

There are a couple of different ways you can add money to your account.

Add money through credit card. Click here
1. Go to the Evolt’s top up
2. Choose how much you want to top up
3. Fill out credit card details

Add money from your bank account. You may be able to top up money through Line Official Account by following steps:
1. Inform amount of money you need to top up
2. Send us confirmation slip.

Your money will be available on Evolt’s account witnin 24 hours.

We’ve listed the most common reason that your EV charging is no charging.
1. Your mobile internet signal is unstable.
2. You used the wrong charging card.
3. You have no money in the system or negative balance.
4. The emergency button stuck, you have to release the emergency button for the charger to work.
5.Charger failure due to an unstable internet signal of the charger. The charger needs to be rebooted.

It’s also completely safe to charge your electric car in thunderstorms or in rain. Electric car charging systems is designed to be weatherproof to IP54 standard and can be safely used even thunderstrom or rain

The reason why you can’t unplug can be caused by the following:
1. Haven’t pressed to stop charging
2. The car has not been unlocked
3. Unlock the car before stop charging which makes the charge still pending in the system
